The overarching purpose of the PRIMHED process is to define the collection of minimally-required core data elements for an integrated mental health and addiction services national collection.

Errata
The following changes were made to these documents in December 2007
Increased the maximum field size for identity data elements from 14 to 20 characters
Correction to remove the word optional from some mandatory identity data elements
Clarified the wording in the guide for use of identity elements
Amended the 'Outcome Item Value' code table to include additional codes
Corrected formatting and typographical errors
The following change was made to 10023.3 in February 2008
Corrected duplicate code in table 4.2
