The overarching purpose of the PRIMHED process is to define the collection of minimally-required core data elements for an integrated mental health and addiction services national collection.


Errata
The following changes were made to these documents in December 2007
    • Increased the maximum field size for identity data elements from 14 to 20 characters
    • Correction to remove the word optional from some mandatory identity data elements
    • Clarified the wording in the guide for use of identity elements
    • Amended the 'Outcome Item Value' code table to include additional codes
    • Corrected formatting and typographical errors

The following change was made to 10023.3 in February 2008
    • Corrected duplicate code in table 4.2
