GP2GP
The GP2GP patient notes transfer project will deliver Practice Management System (PMS) capability for General Practitioners enabling a patient's clinical notes to be electronically transferred from their old GP when the patient is transferring their ongoing care.
This project was initiated by HISAC in 2007 and is now being managed through the Ministry of Health. Visit their website for more detail:
